本製品は、輻射熱(放射熱)を95~97%ほぼカットする、 厚さ0.2mm(汎用不燃性 SP-PROシートの場合)の極薄でしなやかなシートです。 工場や倉庫の屋根下施工により室内温度の緩和で空調費=CO2を削減出来ます。 又 工場内の熱源装置(炉や釜等)へ直接貼って頂くことで、装置からの放熱ロスを大幅に削減できますので、 燃料費の削減=CO2削減に寄与します。 <熱まもーれの特徴> ◆工場・倉庫の屋根の裏面や、中屋根がある場合はその天井裏へ敷設、 室内温度が緩和され、空調設備の電気代を削減出来ます。 ◆工場内の熱源(ボイラー・配管・炉・各種加熱設備・成形機等など)へ直接・間接に貼付、 熱源周りの温度を抑えるとともに、放熱ロスを大幅削減し燃料費や動力費が削減されます。生産効率も上がります。 金属製造炉では、表面温度が130℃も下がった事例もあります。 ◆配電盤・制御盤への貼付 夏に直射日光が当たる屋外配電盤や、高温設備付近の制御盤の盤内温度上昇を防止できます。 ◆国交省の不燃認定(SP-PRO、SP-HTR、SP-Air)、電蝕防止加工も施されています(SP-PRO)
