High-performance heat-insulating sheet "Netsu Mamore"
This product is an ultra-thin and flexible sheet with a thickness of 0.2mm (for general non-combustible SP-PRO sheet) that cuts radiation heat (radiant heat) by approximately 95-97%. By installing it under the roofs of factories and warehouses, it can help reduce indoor temperatures, thereby lowering air conditioning costs and CO2 emissions. Additionally, by applying it directly to heat source devices within the factory (such as furnaces and kilns), it can significantly reduce heat loss from these devices, contributing to fuel cost savings and CO2 reduction. <Features of Heat Shield> ◆ It can be installed on the underside of factory and warehouse roofs, or in the ceiling space if there is a middle roof, which helps to moderate indoor temperatures and reduce electricity costs for air conditioning systems. ◆ By applying it directly or indirectly to heat sources within the factory (such as boilers, piping, furnaces, various heating equipment, molding machines, etc.), it helps to lower the temperature around the heat sources, significantly reducing heat loss and thereby cutting fuel and power costs. This also improves production efficiency. In some cases, surface temperatures in metal manufacturing furnaces have been reported to drop by as much as 130°C. ◆ Application to distribution boards and control panels can prevent temperature increases inside outdoor distribution boards exposed to direct sunlight in summer, as well as control panels near high-temperature equipment. ◆ It has received non-combustible certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (SP-PRO, SP-HTR, SP-Air) and is also treated with corrosion prevention processing (SP-PRO).
