[Case Study] Heat Stroke Prevention Using High-Performance Heat Shield Sheets Under Warehouse Roof and West Wall

We have published a case where high-performance heat-insulating sheets were installed from the inside on the underside of the roof and the west wall, resulting in a temperature drop of about 22°C on the underside of the roof. This is for the purpose of preventing heatstroke among workers.

The proportion of heat transferred by buildings is overwhelmingly dominated by radiant heat (over 70% of total heat). The "High-Performance Heat Shield Sheet" is a product that can cut almost all radiant heat due to its 99% pure aluminum coating. It is extremely thin, with a thickness of 0.2mm to 0.3mm. It is lightweight, flexible, and easy to install. Additionally, due to its special surface treatment, it is resistant to corrosion from acids and alkalis as well as electrolysis, allowing for over 10 years of use.
