【Features】 ❖ The float has a double float structure, which excels in liquid level tracking and demonstrates high recovery capability. ❖ Equipped with a standard inverter, it adjusts the pump rotation speed continuously. By maintaining the balance between the inflow from the float and the pump's recovery flow rate, it helps suppress oil-water mixing, improves separation efficiency, and reduces pump wear. ❖ The oil-water separator is equipped with a large scraper for high viscosity as a standard feature (forced oil discharge mechanism). It effectively scrapes and discharges high-viscosity oils and low-fluidity recovered materials (such as scum and paint debris) that are difficult to discharge from the separator. ❖ The oil separator is made of SUS304, making maintenance easy. It is also capable of handling high-temperature liquids.
