Regarding the processing of resin, urethane, and rubber, we achieve short delivery times without the need for molds, and we accept orders starting from one piece with materials selected according to the application.
■ Resin Machined Parts We manufacture parts by machining various plastic materials using machine tools such as lathes and milling machines, just like metal parts. We provide high-precision components in small quantities according to customer requests. ■ Resin Injection Parts This is a technology that allows for mass production of parts by heating and melting resin and injecting it into a mold. ■ Rubber and Urethane Machined Parts Rubber and urethane machined parts refer to components made from rubber or urethane that have been processed through machining. By cutting with machine tools such as lathes and milling machines, there is no need for initial investment in mold production, allowing for cost reduction and shorter delivery times during small lot production. ■ Rubber and Urethane Molding Parts We supply parts by molding elastomers such as rubber and urethane using dedicated molding machines. While mold production is necessary, this method offers advantages in handling complex shapes that are difficult to achieve through machining and provides cost benefits during lot production. ■ Bending, Adhesive, and Welding Processed Parts We manufacture and supply three-dimensional objects such as tanks through bending, adhesive, and welding processes using heat.
