The JISC6436・JEC2200 standard-compliant lightning-resistant transformer LT series ensures a surge attenuation rate (transition rate -60dB) with the standalone lightning transformer, capable of reducing the ratio to as much as 1000:1. The lightning protection transformer is a surge isolation transformer that protects devices and circuits from lightning surges. By using a lightning protection transformer, you can protect devices and circuits and prevent accidents caused by electrical products during lightning strikes. The surge attenuation rate is secured at over -40dB, and surge transition test data is provided for all products. Our lightning protection transformers also have features that can prevent noise that cannot be mitigated by regular transformers. They can be installed in areas where lightning surges are expected and where noise is a concern.
