CBZ(R) Series for CFRP(5)
This is a thermosetting resin developed specifically for carbon fibers. Due to its excellent adhesion to the fibers, it enables the production of CFRP with superior mechanical properties. Additionally, because the resin has low viscosity, it can be applied to various molding methods. We offer a range from general-purpose grades to heat-resistant and flame-retardant grades.

BIOMUP(R) Biomass Polyester Resin(4)
In order to contribute to the reduction of CO₂ emissions as a measure to save fossil resources and prevent global warming, we have developed a resin called "BIOMUP(R) (Biomap(R))" made from renewable plant-based materials within a few years. It contains 10-40% renewable organic resource biomass. Its strength properties and workability are equivalent to those of conventional fossil fuel-derived resins.

Molding Material Bioglass(5)
Biloglass is a thermosetting dry molding material made from crystalline unsaturated polyester resin, possessing excellent properties such as electrical insulation, flame retardancy, and heat resistance. Compared to BMC molding materials, Biloglass excels in handling, moldability, and storage stability. It is available in various grades to meet different requirements, including heat-resistant grades, flame-retardant grades, high-strength grades, and heat-dissipating grades. Biloglass is ideal for applications in electrical equipment, electronic components, automotive electrical parts, and heat-resistant components, where high reliability is required. Unlike thermoplastic resins, it does not melt even when the ambient temperature rises, making it an optimal molding material that significantly enhances durability and safety performance.

Yupikamat(3)
Yupika(R) mat is made by incorporating microballoons (hollow microspheres) of polyvinylidene chloride into long fiber non-woven fabric and heating it to foam in the presence of a special binder. It has a very good affinity with unsaturated polyester resin (hereinafter referred to as resin) and contains about 55% volume ratio of resin, showing almost no change in thickness after curing.
