Protein and Nucleic Acid Quality Evaluation Device 'STUNNER'
Quality assessment of proteins, nucleic acids, AAV, LNP, etc. is possible with trace amounts and high throughput.
"Stunner" is a product that allows simultaneous acquisition of UV/Vis concentration, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and static light scattering (SLS) data from a 2μL identical sample. It enables detailed investigation of AAV and adenoviruses to measure total capsid titer and Empty/Full ratios, as well as to obtain payload concentration and size data of lipid nanoparticles all at once. You can analyze concentration, hydrodynamic size, polydispersity, and the presence of aggregates collectively, allowing you to assess the quality of proteins. This way, you can immediately determine whether your AAV, adenoviruses, lipid nanoparticles, or proteins are suitable for your purposes. [Features] ■ Measure up to 96 samples in a batch in 60 minutes*/12 minutes** *When measured by DLS **When measured by UV/Vis only [Applications] ■ AAV/Adenovirus capsid titer ■ AAV/Adenovirus Empty/Full ratio ■ Lipid nanoparticle (LNP) payload amount ■ Aggregate measurement ■ Concentration measurement ■ Sizing & polydispersity ■ B22 & kD *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Free Webinar] Bringing Hope to the Challenges of LNP Research and Development, Sunshine Series & Stunner AF
The development of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) requires flexible tools that can consistently handle everything from screening to GMP manufacturing. An ideal manufacturing tool must accommodate small-scale, user-friendly experiments as well as multi-parameter, multi-sample, and even large-scale continuous operations. However, the creation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) is only half the goal; evaluating characteristics such as encapsulation efficiency (EE%), payload quantification, particle size, and PDI is also essential. Our Sunshine series and Stunner AF (Add Fluorescence) enable scalable nanoparticle manufacturing and powerful all-in-one characterization. In this webinar, we will introduce scalable LNP manufacturing with Sunshine and one-stop measurements of EE%, total RNA quantification, particle size, PDI, and particle concentration with Stunner AF. Experience solutions that will take nanoparticle development to the next level, from research to industrial applications.

[Free Webinar] Revolutionizing LNP Development: Smooth Technology Transfer for High-Speed and High-Precision Formulation Exploration and Manufacturing
**[Issue]** The evolution of LNPs is progressing more rapidly than ever, largely due to modifications in particle formulations. However, the formulations to be tested are complex in composition and involve a vast number of combinations, making large-scale screening difficult to achieve. Furthermore, there is the subsequent challenge of transferring to production. Evaluations are also required to be accurate, comprehensive, and high-throughput. **[Webinar Overview]** In this webinar, we will explain how our Sun series can accelerate the exploration and development of LNPs, based on the latest research findings and user case studies in LNP formulations. We will also introduce Stunner, which enables high-speed and accurate LNP evaluations.
