UCF is a tool for measuring the clamping force of the spindle on machining centers. Simply set the main unit in the tool magazine, attach it to the spindle using the ATC, and you can easily perform measurements. Since the main unit and console are wireless, measurements can be taken outside the machine, ensuring safety. Measurement values, battery level, and reception status can be easily understood at a glance. <Graph Display> Changes in clamping force can be visually captured through graph display. <Recorded Data Display> You can check the recorded data. A maximum of 4 data points can be displayed on one screen. Past data can be accessed through key operations. Up to 17,000 data records can be stored, including recording counts, recording dates and times, measurement values, and units. 【Easy Data Transfer to PC】 With a USB interface, the recorded data from the UniClamp can be transferred to a computer. Since it is in CSV format, it can be easily handled with commercially available software like Microsoft Excel. Clamping and unclamping can be managed as a single file!
