Small Compression Type Load Cell UCC/UCC2/UCC HL
This is a small compression type load cell. It is an ideal load sensor for managing the load during press-fitting and riveting in automatic assembly machines.
The UCC is a small stainless steel compression load cell with a diameter of 21mm and a height of 10mm. Its capacity is 10kN and 20kN. The cables are φ2 4-core shielded robot cable 2m with a terminal lead (UCC-10kN), φ3 4-core shielded robot cable 3m with a terminal lead (UCC2-20kN), and φ2 4-core shielded fluororesin cable 3m with a terminal lead (UCC(HL)). The compensation temperature range is 0 to +50°C (UCC, UCC2), -40 to +150°C (UCC(HL)), and the allowable temperature range is -10 to +60°C (UCC, UCC2), -40 to +150°C (UCC(HL)).
