Why did I fail the interview?

When I saw this message, I thought, "Oh, I'm glad we didn't hire this person." Recently, I received a message from someone I turned down after a casual interview. It seems that her claim was… she wanted to say something like, "I meet all your company's requirements, so I don't understand why I wasn't hired." To be honest… to be completely honest… I thought, "What a hassle." The reason is that we are not hiring because we have an insurmountable shortage of people; rather, we are constantly posting job openings because we want to hire as many talented individuals as possible.
