Yamamoto Binita Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at the "Meat Industry Exhibition 2023" held at Tokyo Big Sight. At this exhibition, we will showcase high-frequency heating/thawing devices necessary for thawing and warming frozen products such as beef, pork, chicken, dairy products, seafood, vegetables, and fruits. We achieve high-quality and rapid thawing processing. Main usage examples: beef, pork, chicken, sausages, ham, prepared foods, seafood, squid, octopus, butter, whipped cream, chocolate, cocoa mass, and tempering melting, as well as thawing and heating of sponge cakes and fruit juices, among others (for heating, drying, thawing, sterilization, and pest control). We have a track record of introducing small, medium, and continuous large machines.
