Yamamoto Vinita Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at the '2023 Mobak Show (28th International Bakery and Confectionery Industry Exhibition)' held at Makuhari Messe. Our exhibition booth: 5K-03 At this exhibition, we will showcase high-frequency heating/thawing equipment necessary for the bakery and confectionery industry. Achieving high-quality heating treatment in the confectionery and bakery industry. Main usage examples: - Melting of butter, whipped cream, chocolate, cocoa mass, and tempering - Thawing and heating of sponge, fruit juice, beef, pork, chicken, sausage, ham, side dishes, seafood, squid, and octopus - Other purposes (heating, drying, thawing, sterilization, pest control).
