Silicone Masterbatch for Sliding｜EverGlide(1)
EverGlide is a pelletized masterbatch material that is highly filled with ultra-high molecular weight silicone in a thermoplastic resin. By adding this masterbatch to the thermoplastic resin, improvements in wear resistance and sliding properties can be expected. Ultra-high molecular weight silicone is more durable than conventional silicone and excels in wear resistance under harsh conditions. Recycled engineering plastic | LUVOTECH eco(3)
LUVOTECH eco is an environmentally friendly resin pellet material provided by the German company Lehmann & Voss. It is based on physically recycled raw materials and is manufactured using 100% green energy supplied by certified energy companies as a contribution to sustainability. Through long-term contracts with raw material sources and continuous quality management of the value chain, we offer high-quality and sustainable pellet materials. The base resins range widely from engineering plastics to super engineering plastics, including PC/ABS, PA6, PA66, PPS, and PEEK. In addition to natural grades, we also offer sliding grades with PTFE, glass fiber reinforced grades, and carbon fiber reinforced grades.

Cleaning agents and purging agents for injection molding machines(1)
This is a high-performance cleaning agent for molding machines developed in Germany. Its greatest feature is that it produces very little smoke and odor even at 400°C. Polyimide raw material(1)
Polyimide has excellent thermal stability and is a super engineering plastic with good creep characteristics in high-temperature regions exceeding 250°C. Polyimide materials are highly valued in applications involving high temperatures, high-speed sliding, and high loads, which are not tolerable by common plastic materials. JH-PI polyimide is a raw material for machining that is made by compressing polyimide powder. It is available in shapes such as sheets, round bars, rings, and rollers. It also has good machinability and can be easily processed with standard cutting tools. In addition to the natural grade, we also offer graphite-filled sliding grades and conductive grades.

We would like to introduce the water-soluble and biodegradable bags and film products handled by West One. "EXCELENE" is a material primarily composed of PVA, mainly sold in the form of laundry bags. When washing and disinfecting used clothing, linens, bed sheets, and equipment, you can place these contaminated items directly into the washing machine without touching them, and the bag will dissolve in water during the wash.
