1) PTFE Powder It is used for semiconductor wafer carriers, valves, sealing materials, sliding materials, and more. 2) Modified PTFE Powder Modified PTFE is chemically altered PTFE, which is a high-performance grade that excels in creep characteristics, elongation, insulation properties, weldability, and surface properties compared to regular PTFE. 3) Fluororesin Compounds In addition to PTFE, we also offer compounds such as PFA, FEP, ETFE, PVDF, and PCTFE. We provide compounds blended with various fillers, including glass fibers, pitch-based carbon fibers, PAN-based carbon fibers, aramid fibers, bronze, and graphite. Customization is available, with over 300 grades. 4) Fluororesin Color Masterbatch We custom-make fluororesin-based color masterbatches in small quantities. 5) PTFE Anti-Dripping Agent By fiberizing PTFE through melt kneading, the melt tension of the base resin increases, preventing dripping.
