Polyimide raw material | JH-PI

JH-PI polyimide is a raw material for machining. It is available in shapes such as sheets, round bars, rings, and rollers.

Polyimide has excellent thermal stability and is a super engineering plastic with good creep characteristics in high-temperature regions exceeding 250°C. Polyimide materials are highly valued in applications involving high temperatures, high-speed sliding, and high loads that typical plastic materials cannot withstand. JH-PI polyimide also has good machinability and can be easily processed with standard cutting tools. In addition to the natural grade, we also offer sliding grades with graphite and conductive grades. □ Features ○ Excellent high-temperature stability Usable in high-temperature applications where typical plastic materials would melt or decompose. ○ Very high heat distortion temperature Exhibits excellent creep characteristics during heating. ○ High strength and high rigidity The strength and rigidity of the processed products are very high, making it a material that can withstand high loads. ○ High impact strength High impact strength allows for precise machining with standard cutting tools. ○ Exceptional dimensional stability With no melting point and a very high Tg, it offers excellent dimensional stability. ○ Low wear and low friction characteristics Especially in sliding compound grades, dry lubrication performance is expected.
