Company information
Automating design, inspection and drafting for manufacturers with 3D geometry processing and AI - cutting engineering hours and passing on design expertise.
WOGO Inc. automates design work in manufacturing using 3D geometry processing and AI. Under the "Hacadly" brand we provide automated inspection that detects machining limits and interference between parts directly from 3D CAD data, automated drafting that generates 2D drawings from 3D models, CAD design automation that turns design rules and know-how into programs, and design knowledge AI such as similar-drawing search and an AI platform for design information. We also work with customers on collaborative technology development: 3D data analysis and editing, 3D scanning, and building AI data platforms. By reducing the hours spent on inspection, drafting and design - and by capturing veteran engineers' judgement criteria as a company standard - we help our customers pass on their design expertise.
Business Activities
■Design Verification × AI (Hacadly automated inspection) ・Part verification: automatically checks the machining limits of individual sheet metal and machined parts from 3D CAD geometry ・Assembly verification: checks interference and clearance between parts, the distance between welds and holes, and more ■Drafting & Design Automation (Hacadly automated drafting / design) ・2D automated drafting: generates 2D drawings from 3D models (view layout, dimensions, notes, title block) ・CAD design automation: turns design rules and know-how into programs that output design data ・S-Trandim: analyzes 2D assembly drawings and automatically generates the outer geometry of a 3D model ■Design Knowledge AI (Hacadly AI) ・Similar drawing search: high-accuracy search across 2D drawings and 3D CAD (on-premises supported) ・Design AI platform: connects generative AI with CAD, drawings and internal documents for cross-cutting search ■Collaborative Technology Development ・3D data analysis / 3D data editing / 3D scanning / AI data platform development
