We are a manufacturer of various types of platforms and pipe support devices.
We provide a comprehensive service from design work to product supply for various supports (platforms - operation platforms, walkways, stairs, handrails, ladders, etc.) and piping support devices (pipe supports) for plants and factory equipment. In the design phase, we conduct structural analysis and strength calculations, as well as planning design and detailed work utilizing 3D CAD (including the creation of installation drawings). Additionally, we offer integrated manufacturing from primary processing to assembly, welding, and painting, all linked with 3D CAD. Regarding piping support devices (pipe supports), we supply high-quality products that are mass-produced continuously using the streamlined production technology of our German partner, LISEGA, which boasts the world's top market share. Business Activities
Since our establishment in 1931 in the Nishiyodogawa Ward of Osaka as a manufacturer of design and production, we have primarily been involved in auxiliary equipment for power generation plants. In particular, our main businesses include the structural steelwork business, which handles various types of frames (operating platforms, walkways, stairs, handrails, ladders, etc.), and the pipe support business, which supplies piping support devices (pipe hangers, supports). For over half a century, we have been responding to customer requests, providing services from design to production and supply. In our design operations, both businesses engage in structural analysis and strength calculations, as well as planning design and detailed work utilizing 3D CAD (including the creation of installation drawings). Our factory production is organized into a consistent system that utilizes 3D CAD data for material procurement, primary processing, assembly, welding, and painting. Additionally, in 2014, we launched a new vibration control device business (vibration control) in collaboration with our German partner (LISEGA/VICODA). We supply control devices and develop and apply solutions for various vibration issues.
