Even if bulk materials have the same mass per unit area as CISILENT, their sound insulation effect is inferior. This is because their high rigidity causes sound to hit the surface and diffuse again. In contrast, the flexible CISILENT exhibits sound insulation effects proportional to its mass.

A flexible soundproof wall for outdoor use The textile, made of three layers of high-strength polyester fabric, is designed in a bag shape to allow for filling materials. The coating treatment makes it resistant to moisture, dirt, and microorganisms. The fabric can be printed on, making it ideal for advertising purposes. Filling media Even without any filling media, the cover alone already provides a transmission loss of 16dB.
