U-bolts that can be used for various pipe diameters and high-temperature piping.
This is a U-bolt that conforms to various piping specifications (temperature and diameter). It has a proven track record of use in plant piping, such as in power generation facilities. In addition to steel (SS400), we also offer stainless steel (SUS304) U-bolts, and we have standard products in stock. U-bolts for ANSI pipe diameters are also available as standard products. They can be supplied as a set with nuts and washers for fixing. Pipe sizes: Outer diameter 13.8 (equivalent to 8A) to 1219.2 (equivalent to 1200A) Operating temperature: Steel up to 350℃, Stainless steel up to 575℃ Materials used: JIS G3101 SS400 / JIS G4304, G4305 SUS304
