YDC Corporation (Headquarters: Shinagawa, Tokyo, President: Tsuyoshi Tanaka, hereinafter referred to as YDC) will change its company name to "Future Artisan, Inc." effective January 1, 2025. The environment surrounding the manufacturing industry is undergoing significant changes due to rapid technological innovation, globalization of markets, a declining workforce, and worsening social conditions. In response to these changes, Japan's manufacturing industry and its value chain are now strongly required to contribute not only to business growth but also to a sustainable society. To continue contributing to our customers in this new era, we established our purpose in 2022 as "Realizing a sustainable society through co-creation with Japan's manufacturing industry," and we have committed to making significant changes and advancing organizational reforms to achieve this. Therefore, we will change our company name from "YDC Corporation," which has been cherished by our customers for many years, to "Future Artisan, Inc." With this name change, we will enhance our technological capabilities, create added value through the highest quality and efficiency, and accelerate our efforts to contribute to the overall development of Japan's manufacturing industry.
