Adsol Nisshin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Toshiaki Shinozaki, hereinafter referred to as Adsol Nisshin) and Future Artisan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President: Tsuyoshi Tanaka, hereinafter referred to as Future Artisan) have recently concluded a strategic partnership aimed at realizing a sustainable society.
