Twin Bear(3)
A continuous suction‑type pneumatic conveying system. It delivers the continuity of pressure conveying while maintaining the advantages of suction conveying. ■ As a continuous suction system, conveying capacity is greatly improved. In addition, no blockage occurs from powder dropping during discharge, and there is no backflow into the suction nozzle. ■ Because it is a suction method, the risk of powder dispersion and pipeline blockage is lower than with other systems, and simple devices such as suction nozzles can be used on the intake side. ■ With our proprietary reverse‑pulse cleaning mechanism, no powder remains in the bag filter or inside the conveyor. ■ Powder discharge is done by atmospheric pressure release, ensuring no adverse effects on downstream equipment. ■ Both blower and ejector vacuum sources are available, allowing the system to meet requirements for vacuum level, energy efficiency (ISO 14000), and other operating conditions.
