It consists of two stirring devices, one storage unit, three conveyors, and a pump for oil transport, and is also equipped with a dust collector to prevent dust generation from powder transport. The powder transport is automated, and the motors, pumps, and load cells are non-explosion-proof specifications, taking labor-saving into consideration. It automatically performs transport, weighing, and mixing according to registered recipes. Since there is no manual intervention in the work process, it enables cost-effective production efficiency improvements. Additionally, it makes lot management of materials, production time tracking, and product verification during discharge easy.
