  We can perform slitting processing on materials up to a width of 1550mm and can customize the slitting size according to customer requests. Additionally, the blades used in the slitter can be adjusted in material and shape according to the type of material being slit.

  Roll material punching continuous press, C-type press, crank press, automatic press line, image positioning press, roll press.

  Laminating and cutting(3)

  We have various laminators that bond roll materials together, and it is also possible to slit the materials using a score cutter while laminating. Additionally, after laminating, we can cut the materials into sheets. We also have laminators equipped with heaters for the rolls.

  Hot bonding press(3)

  It is possible to perform thermal bonding with a conveyor system that incorporates heaters with a maximum temperature of 195°C. The temperature of the heaters is set according to the type of thermosetting resin used to bond the substrates together.

  Printing(3)

  We have five screen printing machines equipped with two cameras each, allowing us to correct the table position for each printing process and print in the same location. Additionally, we can perform circuit printing on substrates, decorative printing on glass such as that used in smartphones, resist printing on touch panels, and print fine lines with a width of 0.05mm. For post-print drying, we accommodate hot air drying and UV drying (ultraviolet curing).
