Our company conducts a wide range of inspections using equipment such as 3D measuring instruments, 2D measuring instruments, image dimension measuring machines, peel testers, and microscopes. With the 3D measuring instruments, we perform non-contact dimensional measurements by calculating imaging data captured by a CCD camera using a CNC-controlled 3-axis coordinate measuring machine. Additionally, the image dimension measuring machine measures dimensions from data captured using a CMOS camera system.
