Introduction to the Imaging Principle of ROLIS

【Free Imaging Test】Introducing the imaging principle of ROLIS!

We would like to introduce the imaging principle of the device "ROLIS," which transfers and captures images of a cylindrical surface onto a two-dimensional imaging sensor (CCD camera). In the outer peripheral imaging model, when the cylindrical surface is rotated to the left, the image on the imaging sensor surface flows to the right due to the lens. By synchronously moving the imaging sensor to the right, we can obtain an unfolded image of the cylindrical surface. Additionally, there are inner peripheral imaging models for work rotation types and mirror rotation types. 【Imaging Principle】 ■ Outer Peripheral Imaging Model ■ Inner Peripheral Imaging Model - Work Rotation Type, Mirror Rotation Type *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The most notable feature of the RecoFrame, the T-Lock connection, offers a beautiful appearance and enables speedy and easy assembly. Structural materials related to FA (Factory Automation) are gradually shifting from steel frames to aluminum frames due to their appealing characteristics such as no need for welding, no need for painting, and adaptability to changes. Our main machinery division has also shifted the enclosures from steel to aluminum. However, conventional connection methods using standard brackets have shortcomings in terms of precision, strength, and design flexibility, often spoiling the advantages of aluminum frames. RecoFrame is a structural aluminum frame system developed through such experiences.
