This is a non-contact cleaning device that generates turbulence through dynamic air with positive and negative pressure within the cleaning head, applies high-frequency micro-vibrations to the substrate surface, destroys the boundary layer of the substrate surface, and reliably removes foreign substances (contaminants) within the boundary layer. For semi-bonded foreign substances (contaminants) such as burrs, there is also a contact-type cleaning device with a rotary brush.
