This time, we would like to introduce a case study of the AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) currently in operation at the Sakai Factory of Toa Gosei Co., Ltd., a major chemical manufacturer. ■AGV Specifications - Model: V1000-J - Load capacity: 1000kg - Operating environment: Outdoor except for work pickup and drop-off - Guidance method: Magnetic induction - Options: Heat-resistant coating, rust prevention treatment This AGV is manufactured by KKS and is designed for outdoor operation, which is a feature of our group's AGVs, primarily transporting along outdoor routes. It operates smoothly even on factory water slopes, steps, inclines, uneven surfaces, and wavy corridors. Additionally, unloading and coordination with conveyor systems are all performed automatically, contributing to the efficiency of the site.
