The electromagnetic automatic drain trap/ADE450 series is a new type of electromagnetic trap that enhances reliability, ease of use, and energy efficiency. It includes an energy-saving model with a float sensor-type drain detection unit and a standard model that allows for the setting of discharge intervals and discharge times. In the energy-saving model, when drain accumulates in the detection unit, a signal is sent to the main unit via the action of the float switch, causing the direct-acting valve to open and discharge the drain. Conversely, when the water level drops, it automatically stops, reducing air loss. Both the energy-saving and standard models feature a large-diameter orifice (φ5mm) in the valve section, making them resistant to sludge and less prone to clogging. Additionally, they adopt a simple independent direct-acting valve, which enhances reliability. They are also equipped with an alarm output function for drain discharge failure.
