Mettler Toledo will hold an online seminar titled "pH Measurement of Emulsions and Viscosity in Products such as Lotions and Oils!" We often receive inquiries regarding pH measurement issues, such as unstable measurements, poor repeatability, and short electrode lifespan. Samples like sauces, creams, shampoos, mascaras, meats, and cheeses are prone to troubles that can affect the accuracy, speed, and lifespan of pH electrodes, such as clogging in the liquid contact area and contamination of the glass membrane. We will explain using examples of samples that are likely to be used in food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical companies.
