A true EMC noise scanner. It provides solutions for both EMI (emission) and EMS (immunity).

WM7400: EUT up to A4 size, height 100mm (optionally H=200mm) A best-selling model that is easy to handle in desktop size. WM7300: EUT up to A3 size, height 200mm (optionally H=250mm) Thanks to its open structure, it allows for the linear arrangement of long objects such as EUT, loads, LI ST (AMN), BCI probes, DC power supplies, etc. The structure makes handling the EUT very easy. In-house developed probe and sensor series: - Near-field probes: 11 types - Electric field probes: 3 types - Electromagnetic wave irradiation probes: 2 types (electric field/magnetic field) - Sound sensor: Visualization of sound waves up to ultrasonic frequencies (such as capacitor noise)

Analyze intermittent noise, noise caused by frequency fluctuations such as SSC, and transient noise in both the frequency domain and the time domain.

Equipment used: 1) WM7000 series EMC noise scanner measurement/analysis software WM7000-TD 2) Real-time spectrum analyzer "Tektronix RSA600/500/300 series" 3) Captured spectrogram data can be set up on the spectrum analyzer External trigger mode and others are also available.

If you fail the EMS immunity test, it is possible to evaluate where the electromagnetic waves have entered (you can gain hints for resolving the issue!).

- Attach to the EMC noise scanner and execute the scan with the electromagnetic wave irradiation probe. - Use the TG (Tracking Generator) of the spectrum analyzer as the signal source. - Measure a wide bandwidth at once and visualize the intrusion intensity distribution by frequency. - Identify vulnerable components that are the cause of malfunctions and obtain information on factors such as the circuit board. - Frequency: Magnetic field/Electric field irradiation 100kHz to 2GHz typ. - Maximum input: 10W (pulse burst wave)
