Art Pearl is a spherical cross-linked microparticle polymer produced by aqueous suspension polymerization, which does not aggregate and easily disperses in water and most organic solvents. There are two types of resin: urethane-based and acrylic-based, with particle sizes ranging from 2 to 150 μm. Acrylic-based is used as a light diffuser and matting agent, while urethane-based is used as a tactile modifier and decorative agent.
