Revolving and Orbiting Vacuum Mixer Awatori Nentaro ARV-310LED

Optimized for the uniform dispersion of high-density powders such as LED phosphors and large particle size powders in resin substrates.

The combination of rotational and orbital motion with vacuum decompression functionality allows for simultaneous mixing and degassing/deairing, making it possible to remove bubbles down to the sub-micron level. Additionally, the centrifugal force from the orbital motion prevents material from overflowing during operation. The operation is simple: just set the container and turn on the switch. - It can uniformly disperse high-density fillers such as low-viscosity silicone resins and LED phosphors. - It is capable of removing bubbles at the sub-micron level. - It employs a highly durable drive system. - Vacuum settings can be adjusted in 0.1 kPa increments, allowing for processing that takes into account the saturation vapor pressure.

THINKY Corporation has realized simultaneous processing of stirring and degassing through the concept of combining two types of rotation: rotation and revolution. The "Awatori Rentaro," a rotary-revolution mixer, was born as a device that can process these two opposing processes, "stirring" and "defoaming," which had long been considered separate steps in the material processing process, simultaneously and in a short time. Currently, Awatori Rentaro has grown into a diverse lineup, ranging from small tabletop models for laboratories to large-scale production models. We have received numerous inquiries from various fields both domestically and internationally. THINKY will continue to assist in solving material processing challenges and building a foundation for mass production with our unique material processing technology and know-how.
