【Sonia and Sonosis Ultrasonic Spray Nozzles】 Non-pressurized fine particle spraying using a spray nozzle and ultrasonic oscillator. Ultrasonic vibrations from piezo ceramics are transmitted to the spray nozzle, causing the liquid film to vibrate and spray fine particles. Liquid is supplied without pressure, allowing for the spraying of fine particles. It accommodates a wide range of liquid flow rates from a minimum of 10ml/min to a maximum of 100ml/min. Since no pressure is applied to the liquid, there is very little splatter or rebound, eliminating waste of the applied liquid and negating the need for large painting booths, thus reducing capital investment and running costs. ≪Features≫ - Energy-saving as it supplies liquid with low power without pressurization. - Uniform atomization regardless of flow rate. - Particle size remains almost constant across the entire flow range. - High safety in operation due to low clogging tendency. - Good coating efficiency due to the slow self-velocity of particles. - Standard maximum flow rate is 100ml/min. - Operating frequency ranges from 20 to 130kHz (varies by model). - Outer particle size ranges from 11.8 to 42μm.
