Sonaer (New Product Information) Low Flow Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle
A new challenge with the Sonia Corporation's low-flow ultrasonic spray nozzle!
Low Flow Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle (Atomizer) The low flow spray nozzle (atomizer) manufactured by Sonia is designed to apply droplets (particles) of various viscosities in micron and submicron sizes without over-applying them to small parts. The nozzle shape comes in two types: flat and wide nozzle tips. It is suitable for concentrated application using an ultrasonic spray nozzle and a pinpoint air transport fixture (custom order), as well as for transporting very small droplets (particles). These spray nozzles can be easily applied to applications where coating control and uniform film are required. The spray nozzle is lightweight and ideal for coating systems using robots. The main body of the spray nozzle is made of stainless steel. *Custom micro feed tubes are suitable for low flow application and are available in stainless steel or PTFE fluororesin. The spray nozzle can be equipped with a spray shaper for pinpoint spraying or a wider spray for better coating control. *Micro feed tubes are optional.
basic information
Liquid is supplied without pressure, allowing for the spraying of fine particles! Ultrasonic spray nozzle (atomizer) ♦Product Features♦ - Ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the atomizer (nozzle) through the vibration of piezo ceramics, causing the liquid film to vibrate and form fine particles for spraying. - Particle size remains almost constant across the entire flow range. - Resistant to clogging and offers high operational safety. - Minimal scattering and rebound, eliminating waste of the applied liquid and the need for large painting booths. - Low power consumption results in reduced energy costs. ●Product Composition: Atomizer + Ultrasonic Vibrator (Generator)

Featured in the May issue of 【Sonaer】 Product Navigator.
Featured in the May issue of 【Sonaer】 Product Navigator Target Product: Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle by Sonia Corporation We are pleased to announce that the ultrasonic spray nozzle (general) by Sonia Corporation has been featured. The structure involves a spray nozzle combined with an ultrasonic oscillator for unpressurized fine particle spraying. Ultrasonic vibrations generated by piezoelectric ceramics are transmitted to the spray nozzle (atomizer), causing the liquid film to vibrate and forming fine particles for spraying. Liquid is supplied without pressure, allowing for the spraying of fine particles. It accommodates a wide range of liquid flow rates from a minimum of 10ml/min to a maximum of 100ml/min. Since no pressure is applied to the liquid, there is very little splatter or rebound, eliminating waste of the applied liquid and removing the need for large painting booths. This achieves a reduction in capital investment and running costs.

We have uploaded a company introduction video for Sonic and a video of the upward spray of the ultrasonic spray nozzle manufactured by Sonaer on our YouTube channel.
【Sonic】Sonic Corporation's Blower & Air Knife System Video Content Our company has been providing products to the domestic market as the exclusive distributor for Sonic Corporation since 2009. Many industries have processes for 'droplet removal' and 'blowing processes,' and our company was established with the aim of reducing costs associated with these processes. 【Sonaer】Sonaer Corporation's Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle (Upward Spray Test) Video Content An ultrasonic spray nozzle that applies by free fall. Utilizing its characteristics, we conducted a test using an air transport fixture to spray fine droplets upward. We hope this will be helpful for your application development and other purposes.
