ABB proposes cutting-edge energy efficiency technologies at TECHNO-FRONTIER 2025.
ABB will exhibit at the MOTOR TECHNOLOGY EXHIBITION of TECHNO-FRONTIER 2025, one of the largest exhibitions in Asia for mechatronics and electronics. TECHNO-FRONTIER 2025 will be held from July 23 (Wednesday) to July 25 (Friday), 2025, at Tokyo Big Sight. At the booth, we will showcase cutting-edge energy efficiency solutions and innovative motor technologies, focusing on synchronous reluctance (SynRM) motors and EC Titanium motors that exceed the energy efficiency benchmark of the IE5 standard.

This presentation will introduce predictive and autonomous fault diagnosis using AI, as well as centralized and virtualized protection control essential for network management. It will contribute to enhancing network flexibility, maintenance efficiency, cybersecurity, and sustainable energy infrastructure. Exhibition Content IEC61850-compliant equipment for digital substations that reduces metal cables and panel numbers We will showcase digital substations and peripheral equipment that are gaining global adoption. These are suitable not only for power company substations but also for receiving electrical equipment in factories and facilities. Additionally, we will introduce a fault diagnosis solution using AI that predicts faults using only current and voltage, without the need for sensors such as temperature, humidity, or vibration. We plan to distribute the latest materials.
