ADLINK Japan's partner company, Rishiyo Electro, will hold a web seminar titled "RealSense Benefits! Development Methods for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) Using ROS2 - From Mapping to Real Machine Operation Using Simulation" online on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. Our West Japan Branch Manager, Kazuhiko Oguchi, is scheduled to speak. Recently, there has been a growing focus on the automation of transportation, such as AMRs, aimed at improving efficiency and reducing labor in logistics and manufacturing sites. This seminar is targeted at those considering development who may be wondering, "I want to develop an AMR, but I don't know how to start...," "I'm developing an AMR but struggling with hardware selection...," or "I don't understand the development methods for ROS2..." We will introduce the necessary hardware and the development methods for the robotics OS "ROS2."
