The PCIe-9524 is a robust, multipurpose module designed for turnkey material testing systems (MTS). With four strain gauge full bridge converter input channels, four general-purpose analog input channels, and a three-axis motion controller, the PCIe-9524 provides MTS manufacturers with a complete hardware solution. The PCIe-9524 facilitates the easy integration of physical quantity measurements and implements software-based closed-loop control in a single module package. In converter measurements, the PCIe-9524 supports sensitivities from 1.0 mV/V to 4.0 mV/V and offers a full-scale measurement accuracy of 1/200,000 (when remote sense and auto-zero are enabled). These features make the PCIe-9524 suitable for precise measurements of large converters. The PCIe-9524 is also equipped with four 24-bit general-purpose analog input channels, enabling accurate measurements of LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) and linear wire potentiometer signals, achieving high-resolution displacement measurements.
