We started the system sales and measurement services & support for the MTF measurement system for display spatial resolution compatible with high-resolution (8K) displays, the latest displays (μLED, microdevices), projectors, and new visual representations in three-dimensional and spatial formats: DT-8031 (manufactured by Astrodesign Inc.) in April 2022. The DT-8031 display MTF measurement system from Astrodesign incorporates a newly developed Line-based MTF measurement in collaboration with the Japan Broadcasting Corporation. This allows for real-time measurements and video measurements, achieving high measurement accuracy, a cost-effective measurement system, and easy operation. This new Line-based MTF measurement is planned for international standardization (IEC). It is a highly effective evaluation method for MTF assessment and quality control tools for all displays, display devices, and their components and materials. It will significantly contribute to the future technological evolution and development of high-definition, high-quality, three-dimensional, and spatial display devices, enabling the realization of beautiful displays.
