Non-fluorinated chiller water-cooled type added to the lineup, exempt from the Fluorocarbon Emission Control Law! Equipped with industry-first drive recorder function and time calendar function! Non-fluorinated chiller "PCU-NE6000W".
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new non-fluorocarbon water-cooled chiller, the "PCU-NE6000W." We propose a new non-fluorocarbon chiller that overturns the idea that "as long as the chiller cools, that's good enough." ■ Adoption of non-fluorocarbon refrigerant R1234yf! With the revision of the Fluorocarbon Emission Control Law on April 1, 2020, regulations on fluorocarbons have become increasingly strict. The PCU-NE series, which uses non-fluorocarbon refrigerant, is exempt from the Fluorocarbon Emission Control Law, eliminating the cost burden associated with fluorocarbons. ■ Automatic recording of operating conditions! For the first time in the industry, we have equipped our chiller with a drive recorder function and a time calendar function. It records the outlet water temperature, set temperature, operating hours, and error occurrence dates directly in the chiller, allowing users to check the operating records from the unit in case of any issues. ■ IoT compatible As the demand for IoT in manufacturing sites increases, the PCU-NE series comes standard with Ethernet connectivity. In addition to supporting read/write external communication via Modbus/TCP, it is also compatible with MC protocol and socket communication methods.

◆◆Free Progressing◆◆ Latest Technical Document "Manufacturing Industry and Decarbonization"
Recently, there has been a growing sense of crisis regarding climate change due to global warming around the world. In Japan, a declaration has been made to "achieve a decarbonized society and aim for carbon neutrality by 2050." In response to this situation, some companies are keenly sensing the need for decarbonization and are viewing it not as a risk to avoid but as a business opportunity. Major companies are accelerating the trend of demanding decarbonization in their supply chains, and it is believed that companies that are passive about decarbonization will be left behind, while proactive companies will differentiate themselves. The manufacturing industry, due to its structural characteristics, emits a significant amount of carbon dioxide, making the realization of decarbonization a challenging task. This document introduces an overview of a decarbonized society (carbon neutrality), the SDGs, and policies surrounding decarbonization globally. We hope it will be of assistance to those in the manufacturing industry considering decarbonization. Aboutアピステ
Apiste was born with the philosophy of wanting to provide the best technology, products, and sincerity.
"Apice," which means "peak" in Spanish. That peak represents "technology" = robust development capabilities, "product" = unmatched high quality, "sincerity" = human service. This spirit, depicted in the clear blue sky, has taken shape in reality, becoming distinctly outlined. And, looking further ahead. What lies in our vision is already the blue sky of the future. Aiming for a new peak.
