Preservation Solution "AZ PRESERVER"
It can be used only for medium replacement, does not require freezing, and allows for storage while minimizing damage to the cells!
"AZ PRESERVER" is a preservation solution that enables the storage of mammalian cells and organoids at 4°C. This product was tested by seeding human adipose-derived MSCs onto plates and storing them at 4°C using various preservation solutions when they reached approximately 50% confluency. The results showed that it maintained cell viability for a longer period compared to commercially available preservation solutions and UW solution. In tests where human iPS cell-derived cardiomyocytes were cultured for four days and then stored at 4°C using various preservation solutions, storage for more than eight days was achieved. After re-culturing, the beating of the cardiomyocytes was maintained normally. 【Features】 ■ Reduces various stresses during refrigerated storage, achieving high preservation quality ■ Easy to use by simply replacing the medium of cells and organoids ■ Contains no serum or protein components ■ Confirmed to be free of bacterial and fungal contamination through sterility testing *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
