By adopting SAW (Surface Acoustic Waves) technology, it can be measured without depending on conductivity. With a completely straight stainless steel tube that removes the probe and detection element from the wetted part, it achieves the ultimate sanitary structure similar to a straight pipe. Pure water and ultra-pure water such as RO water and WFI used in the pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries often cannot be measured by electromagnetic flow meters due to their very low conductivity.
