    It is a "Angle Seat Valve" with long lifespan and high durability. The features of this "Angle Seat Valve" are as follows: - It is specifically designed as an automatic valve from the beginning. In contrast, ball valves and others are structured with an actuator mounted on a manual valve. Therefore, they are subjected to structurally excessive forces, resulting in a shorter lifespan. - The long lifespan and high durability performance are reflected in the usage records of our customers. - It excels in durability against thermal cycles. These are compatible with communication specifications, allowing for data acquisition related to wiring reduction and preventive maintenance, such as the number of actuations. This can significantly reduce the workload associated with various wiring tasks from the central control room. The stroke limiters include both maximum opening limiters and minimum opening limiters, making them ideal for drain lines as well. For customers replacing solenoid valves with air valves, the direct-mounted solenoid valve is very convenient. By utilizing the original power supply line for this direct-mounted solenoid valve and supplying air to it, the effort required for replacing it with a highly durable air valve is minimized. There is also no need to install a panel for the solenoid valves.

They are also ideal for facilities such as wastewater treatment that do not have instrument air. ■ Utility Electric Valve Type 328X Series This is a dedicated lineup with orifice sizes ranging from 1.0 to 20mm, frequently requested for installation in equipment. Despite its compact size, it boasts a pressure resistance of 1.6MPa, with selectable communication specifications, and delivers high performance for the control of water and gas. Like other control valves, the control valve type also allows for the selection of process controller types.

  • Proportional solenoid valve

    A proportional solenoid valve is not a general-purpose on-off valve, but an electromagnetic valve that can take any degree of opening. For example, if pressure control is to be done with an on-off solenoid valve, it is necessary to operate the valve as follows: - When the fluid pressure exceeds the set pressure: close the on-off solenoid valve - When the fluid pressure drops below the set pressure: open the on-off solenoid valve This method allows for pressure control within a range around the set pressure, but it cannot control a specific pressure point. However, by combining a proportional solenoid valve with a pressure gauge, a pressure control loop is completed, enabling precise pressure control. Additionally, when combined with a flow meter, it becomes a flow control valve, and when combined with a thermometer, it becomes a temperature control valve. By simply combining with various sensors, local control can be easily achieved.

    This product line centers around a compact solenoid valve that separates the body and drive components with a highly corrosion-resistant diaphragm to prevent fluid from flowing back to the plunger side. It has been developed for medical analysis devices, mass spectrometry (gas and liquid), biotechnology, and the semiconductor industry. Additionally, it boasts high corrosion resistance and cleanability for applications handling solvents, including inks.
