Acrylic-based surface modifier 'BYK-3566'

Suitable for water systems, solvent types, UV, etc.! Macromer-modified acrylate with long-chain silicone.

"BYK-3566" is a newly added acrylic surface modifier based on macromer technology in the BYK product line. It increases the surface energy of dried coatings. The relatively long silicone macromer chains are a key feature, providing a very strong orientation at the paint/air interface, resulting in excellent effects. Additionally, the long chains impart anti-beading properties. 【Features】 - Increased surface energy of cured coatings due to orientation at the paint/air interface - Good wettability and adhesion to topcoats - Improved leveling properties - Slight anti-beading properties - Suitable for water-based, solvent-based, UV, and 100% systems *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
