Micronized modified biopolymer CERAFLOUR 1001
A biodegradable biopolymer with wax-like properties based on renewable raw materials. Matte finish, improved surface protection, and a soft touch effect.
CERAFLOUR 1001 enhances scratch resistance and creates a soft touch effect. It particularly has a matte finish effect in radiation-curing systems and produces a highly transparent coating due to its fine particle size distribution. It does not affect viscosity or surface slip and does not cause foam stabilization. CERAFLOUR 1001 is biodegradable and consists of over 97% renewable raw materials. Applications: • Wood and furniture coatings • General industrial coatings • Architectural coatings • Floor coatings • Can coatings (CERAFLOUR 1001) • Printing inks Water-based, solvent-based, non-solvent-based, UV-based.
