BYK-ET 3000; Solvent-based paste of conductive carbon and wetting dispersant for high filler electrode slurry of lithium-ion batteries Features The stabilization effect of BYK-ET 3000 shortens the dispersion process of carbon black and other conductive carbons (such as ketjenblack and carbon nanotubes). Adding BYK-ET 3000 improves particle stability and reduces the viscosity of the slurry compared to standard formulations without dispersants. BYK-ET 3000 facilitates the formulation of electrode slurries for lithium-ion batteries with high solid content. The higher the solid content, the shorter the drying process, which enhances the productivity of electrode manufacturing.
