BYK Technical Report! Viscosity Reduction of Heat Dissipating Slurry Dispersion in Silicone Resin Systems

This document is a BYK technical report introducing the high filling of heat-dissipating particles using big chemistry additives and the reduction of viscosity in heat-dissipating slurry dispersion with silicone resin. It presents experimental results showing that the viscosity of the slurry can be reduced by organic dispersants and polysiloxane-based additives.
