For Coatings This is a very effective silicone additive that significantly reduces the surface tension of coatings and is highly effective on substrates that are difficult to wet. It improves the acceptability of dust and spray mist and enhances the surface slip. It reduces the impact of air drafts on wood and furniture coatings and promotes the orientation of matting agents. For Thermosetting Resins BYK-3765 is a highly effective silicone additive that powerfully lowers surface tension and improves the wettability of essential substrates. In pigment systems, it can prevent the formation of Benard cells and improve leveling properties.

Since the content of cyclic siloxanes D4/D5/D6 is less than 0.1% each, an SVHC label is not required on the safety data sheet. * Does not contain intentionally added solvents such as benzene, toluene, or xylene.
