★High Solid Content PU Technology BYK-3760 ・ BYK-L 9565 – Substrate Wetting Properties High solid content PU systems require additives that appropriately adjust the wetting and leveling properties of the substrate. In the automotive industry, low fogging and low VOC are required. 【BYK-3760】 Significantly reduces the surface tension of the coating system. Therefore, it particularly improves the wetting properties of the substrate and prevents crater-like defects. BYK-3760 greatly enhances surface slip and improves the scratch resistance of the coating. This product has far less foam stabilization effect compared to other highly active additives containing silicone. It is effective even at low addition levels. 【BYK-L 9565】 BYK-L 9565 improves the wetting and leveling properties of release papers. It can be used universally regardless of the type of coating or the pattern of the release paper. Due to its -OH functional group, this additive is reactive to isocyanates, minimizing the risk of migration and providing lasting properties.
