Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my congratulations on the continued prosperity of your company. I sincerely appreciate your exceptional support as always. We will be exhibiting at the Automotive World 2026. - Gehring's "Hairpin Stator Manufacturing Line" from Germany We will introduce a series of manufacturing technologies used in the production line for EV stator components. We will display samples of the finished hairpin stators, and in a collaborative video with WAFIOS, you will be able to see a series of manufacturing processes including pin production, assembly, pin expansion and bending, welding, impregnation, and powder coating. Additionally, we will also showcase samples of honing tools and laser roughening at the same booth. Gehring and WAFIOS have been in a cooperative relationship since April 2021, aiming to provide a turnkey solution for hairpin stator manufacturing lines. This exhibition will be presented as a joint exhibit by our company, the agent for Gehring, and CORRENS, the agent for WAFIOS.

Hairpin-type stator manufacturing line for electric vehicles (EV)
Gearing Co. proposes a production line for stator manufacturing, from the production of pins for EV stator components to the powder coating process.

- Pin Production and Assembly Process The production of pins involves wire rewinding correction, coating removal, cutting, hairpin bending, and transportation using WAFIOS equipment. In the subsequent assembly process, insulation paper and pin windings are inserted and assembled into the stator core. The insertion/assembly method can be adjusted according to customer requirements. - Pin Expansion and Bending Process The expansion process and the subsequent bending process can be performed using a single piece of equipment. - Welding Process To achieve excellent welding, we focus on positioning and clamping techniques. Additionally, we can add specifications for pin cutting before welding to eliminate height discrepancies. - Impregnation Process This includes preheating, spraying, gelation, and curing in an oven. Uniform temperature supply through induction heating allows for homogeneous impregnation. - Powder Coating The welding parts of the pins are coated for insulation.
